Speaker for 2024 Event 

​We are honored to have Vicki as our speaker for the 2024 Prayer Breakfast. Vicki is an author, former youth pastor, and Founder and Director of Wind and Fire Ministries. W&F Ministries functions to equip and empower leaders to pursue and fulfill God’s calling and purpose. Vicki has traveled to over 21 nations ministering, advising, and teaching God’s word. She is a well-known public speaker, International Bible teacher, advocate, life coach, and counselor to many. Vicki ministers with a mother’s heart and a strong prophetic anointing. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her heart for children led her to serve the Juvenile Justice System and minister to families at the county jail. Vicki also served as a Court Appointed Advocate for Children. Vicki has a passion for justice and righteousness and served on the Monterey County Civil Grand Jury and as a Director of the Monterey County Chapter of California Jurors’ Association.  The Lord called her to run for California State Assembly in 2018 and she went on to run for California State Senate in 2020. As a former small business owner, she advocated seeing state-wide policies change. Vicki operates in a governmental anointing to see cities and regions transformed. She is a forerunner, a prototype, who is raising a standard and preparing the way.
